    This infrared heat sensor seems to work fine. Purchased to check a grinding type noise from my front SUV wheel. Tried to compare temperatures between other wheels as well as areas around the wheel. Couldn’t find any significant difference. Might be just me and need a learning curve..One thing I don’t care for is that you need to remove the battery when not in use for a while. I expect to use this tool very sporadically. so battery needs to be removed.
