    I use it all the time to get heat surface temp on my electronics. Its an easy way to tell if fans are working correctly. I also use it measure temps in our home to see how temperature fluctuates inside and outside. It helps to figure out where I need to make adjustments for the summer heat.

    Very cool thermometer. I use it for outdoor deep frying in my turkey fryer. Much simpler and cleaner than an immersion thermometer.
