   Dropped my S10 and broke the screen which meant i couldn’t unlock it to backup my pics and data. I plugged this into the S10 and plugged a mouse into it…bing. up popped a mouse pointer on the S10 screen which enabled me to unlock the phone. I then turned off the lock screen. plugged S10 into PC and retieved all my pics. videos etc then used Samsung Smartswitch to make a backup and upload all settings apps pic etc to new phone!.Awesome product 10/10 – saved me so much time money and hassle ??
