Thank you for choosing JETech. Please read this warranty policy carefully. Keep your order number as your purchase receipt. Your proof of purchase is needed in the event of a warranty repair, exchange or refund. All JETech warranties are non-transferrable and are only available to the original end-user of the product.

30-Day Money Back Guaranty

Following the thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase, you may return any product purchased from JETech, for any reason and receive a refund for the original purchase price of the product.

As per our Return Policy, we do ask that you ship the item back to us and that it be in new, unopened and a sellable condition. Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.

Once the product is received by us here at JETech, we will be happy to proceed with processing the refund for the full purchase price of the returned item. Please see our Return Policy for further details.

One-Year Warranty

For twelve (12) months following the original date of purchase, you can contact JETech for any quality-related issues and we will provide a replacement or refund for your product. If for any reason we are unable to send a replacement (should the item be discontinued), we will offer a refund, or a new product of equal purpose and value. At our discretion, we will even offer to cover the shipping cost to get the free replacement to you.

Lifetime Replacement Warranty

Register your product at our website within 14 days from the purchase date to activate our lifetime replacement warranty.

After your submission, our customer support team will get back to you within 24~48 hours.

Process:

  • The customer must provide valid proof of purchase if requested by JETech.
  • Visible proof depicting the defect or customer’s troubleshooting is required.
  • JETech does reserve the right to request damaged/unusable items to be returned to us for verification and improvement purposes. The responsibility of shipping fees and other expenses for these types of instances will be handled at the discretion of JETech and on a case-by-case circumstance.

  • What This Warranty does not Cover:

  • Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Free products offered by JETech
  • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: accident, improper storage, extreme temperatures, and improper operations.)
  • Warranty on product is void after having been fully refunded
  • Items that have expired warranty period
  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers
  • Return Policy

    JETech will cover return shipping costs for any issues that are the direct result of an error or quality-relating issue made on our end, such as: receiving a damaged or defective item(s), or having been shipped an incorrect product. All other return costs/shipping fees will be covered at our discretion.

    Shipping fees relating to exchanges for correct models/versions, or accidental orders will be the responsibility of the customer. Also, if a product is fulfilled and/or shipped to you through our selling platform of Amazon, Walmart or other selling channel, you will need to contact corresponding Customer Support department and abide by their specific policies regarding returns.

    CAUTION Reselling JETech products without authorization is prohibited.
