    We own and manage rural rental properties that use septic systems for effluent. Keeping gunk and hair out of pipes and septic tanks is a constant challenge. These strainers allow water to flow easily yet catch more debris. They look great and appear to be easy to clean. Now my challenge is to make sure renters use them! Good product fast delivery.

    I like the punch metal rather than a screen to strain the solids from the water. The stainless steel strainer portion is pressed together with the outer rim which is shiny stainless steel. The strainer is also rigid and probably easier to clean whereas a screen might tend to get bent. Although te holes are larger than a fine screen they will definitely do the job in restraining solids from going down the drain. Quality looks good and price is definitely right.
