    The basket is wide at the bottom and shallow enough that it is easy to remove what it collects without taking the entire strainer out and turning it over. I had another one which was hard to empty so that got tossed out when I got these.

    Looking for it for a long time to fit my kitchen sink. Stainless and easy to clean. The holes on it are just in the right size -not to big to make the leftovers flow through it and not too small to make you have a flooding sink(my old one has this problem) Definitely will purchase this again.
