      I bought a new PC and when I set unit up I found there was no HDMI in on my monitor. I then learned of the existence of a thing called a display port. Of course there is a new type of connection as sticking with HDMI would be way too sensible..Anyway thankfully there was this adapter and it has worked perfectly…

      Linked up the Toshiba laptop to the TV works well but laptop didn’t ‘see’ the TV so couldn’t modify screen resolution to extend screen (previously used casting to TV which had this function).

      I tried HDMI to DVI but this gives a better picture on the monitor. It shipped super quickly and was very easy to set up. I’m very happy with the way the monitor looks now.

      I have a Dell InfinityEdge monitor which only has HDMI inputs and my GPU has one HDMI DisplayPort and DVI as I’m running two Dell InfinityEdge monitors I needed to convert one of the outputs so I used this cable to use the DisplayPort output. Works great!

      Flexible little to no twist monitor cable.Use it as an adapter from a Lenovo docking stating to an older monitor with only HDMI.Works without any issues.
