      Needed to set up dual monitors with my work laptop to work from home. I had two options. This cord or a very expensive docking base specific to the laptop. I opted to purchase this first since it was under $15. I am so glad I did. Plugged this into the mini display port on my laptop and directly into the second monitor and the picture is great. Very pleased.
