      The Packaging was well thought out and amazing. The instructions were a little confusing but it had pictures and that really helped. Amazing quality for the price and has been the EASIEST install of a screen protector I have ever done.

      I had a problem with the original item in that there were three areas that would not adhere. I contacted customer service and they were absolutely amazing! We traded emails and photos and they sent a replacement free of charge. The replacement is fantastic. It was so refreshing to deal with a company that not only stood behind its product but couldn’t have been nicer. friendlier and more helpful.

      I read the negative reviews on this and nearly cancelled my order because people said it was so hard to install and resulted in a lot of bubbles. I did not have that experience whatsoever and that was my biggest concern. I took my time with the installation and made sure all dust and fingerprints were off before trying to install it (it was a new device so this was a little easier). No issues. It says it is fingerprint and smudge resistant once on the device – this isn’t true. there are definitely finger prints. but they don’t interfere with my ability to use it and are keeping my screen safe and scratch free. I dig it.
