    This was a gift for my dad and it was perfect.Its the sort of thing most dads want but may not think to get for themselves. A great mix of useful for dIY and just fun to play with – On the day it was great fun to just point at things to see the temperature!As for practical use I have not tested it against other thermometers so I cant really say anything about the accuracy but it looks good to me.
