    I find this very useful but per surface temperature only on them food I still have to use an internal thermometer to check my meat

    Works well instructions on use could be a bit better such as do you point it directly down or at an angle can you do it through glass etc? I use it to check the water temperature in my aquariums. It appears to be accurate but no instructions about calibration.
