I have used this wire every day since I purchased it about 1 week ago and its working great. No noticeable wear on the clip to hold the cable in place on my laptop. Very happy with this purchase.

This cable works fine with my LG monitor and my TV but does not work with the Samsung monitor I have. I thought buying a different cable would solve the issue so I bought the Basics version. That cable had the same issue. If you experience screen flickering and weird colors your monitor may not be compatible with these types of cables.

Great for connecting new GPUs to monitors that do not support DisplayPort.Recommend to buy same type if you have multiple monitors to ensure same bandwidth.1.8m might not be enough for some so consider a longer cable length.

I bought two of these as I run twin monitors on a desktop PC but am looking to switch to a port replicator soon to get rid of the desktop and use a laptop. One of the cables is plugged into a VGA to DP adapter which works fine. No issues with these work as expected on my two ACER K242HL monitors.
