No issues here. Connects from a MacBook Pro and an MacBook Air to the hdmi on a monitor.Cable is fairly stiff so maybe not the product for you if you need to run sharp bends.Otherwise pretty good for the price.

When my extended display stopped working I had several weeks of wondering if my previous adapter had failed or if the problem could possibly be my Surface Book”s miniDisplayPort (I had tested 2nd monitor & hdmi cable successfully so it wasn”t them).So I decided to replace the adaptor and happily this solved the problem. I am delighted that it includes a length of hdmi cable which I”ve simply plugged straight into the 2nd monitor. The fit is snug and I am back up with two screens again for a very modest outlay.
