I have used it to make cheese truffles. It was very helpful to check the right temperature during the process. I am glad that I brought it.

A must have for anyone with a pizza oven. I tried making pizza without the thermometer. but had no clue what temp the pizza stone was reading. so I ended up with pizza that was soggy on the bottom and burnt beyond crispy or edible on top. Now I know when my stone is above 750. I prefer 875 to 900 F. and my pizza is perfect!! Don’t hesitate. but an infra-red thermometer now!! No more gross pizza. I need to perfect presentation. but they taste great!

Overall this has been easy to use. I have been using it to check the temperature inside my Ooni PIzza oven.. and it seems to work? I am not sure how I could test to verify if it is accurate though.
