So far so good .. at least for oven temps …. it is perfect for the purpose we ordered it for … use in the kitchen …. it is clearly labeled NOT FOR PEOPLE temps but of course hubby had to try anyway …not too good at that But THEY CLEARLY state it is not for that purpose.

When my first one (same temp gun) crapped out after about two years. I went ahead and ordered the same thing. It has always worked well. no complaints except possibly that it crapped out after about two years.

I used this thermometer for a video I created to advise pet owners about paws on pavement. I recorded temperatures in asphalt. concrete and grass. The temps were easy to read for me. clear readouts for the video and accurate readings as the grass. asphalt and concrete were in the same vicinity. This is an awesome tool and I’m glad I purchased it!
