      The Samsung Galaxy S20 Fe rated as excellent was exactly that and included fully reconditioned phone and new charger. No documents that are online but a bonus was the glass cover and it was up level with the privacy type feature included. I did all the move from my s9 to the S20 via cable and was very happy with the outcome and switch options .
