      Built a new computer that didn’t have any DVI ports on it to accommodate my ancient second monitor but luckily this product exists and works flawlessly.

      Excellent product expedient delivery. Could not function in a daisy chain configuration however.

      Package was basic grey plastic but cable length and material quality didn’t disappoint. Sturdy quality cable which was picked up first time between AOC monitor with DVI input display and rx 570 DP socket and so far screen quality didn’t decrease even thought it using dvi output on other end (audio works too also on external speakers just like it does with hdmi. Had to buy this as third party hdmi switch was giving weird buzzing noise when waiting for it to switch between ps4 and pc on same monitor. Now making use of the other spare output hdmi for ps4 and using this DP > DVI-i solution to make use of my other socket on monitor by default without hdmi splitter/switch in between. Such a convenient gadget and same money instead of buying brand new monitor for one more hdmi switch as long as resolution is within 1080p limit.

      No issues with the wire. Made the mistake of ordering a passive rather than active wire (wanted to support 144hz) but that”s my bad!

      I work on a laptop but find a dual screen very user friendly – this cable (along with an old screen I had) has transformed the working environment. Very pleased – I went back to purchase another so I could take one to the office and keep one at home – I would not want to be without it now !
