I bought this a little over 3 years ago. It was perfect for my desk top needs—good battery life and easily seen. After 3+ years of regular use. the lcd segments started to fail. I contacted the manufacturer. Helect. and after a couple emails they shipped me a replacement. I think this customer support. in my case at least. was superb. It bears mentioning the warranty for my 2018 model was “lifetime.” The 2021 version (this one) cuts it back to 2 years. The price back in 2018 was $.33 more than today’s. so in effect I paid $.33 for a lifetime warranty. Not too shabby!
