      The product is excellent. just what I wanted. 5 stars..BUT. delivery keeps dropping items outside the office. during office hours. ALL THAT WAS NEEDED. is to enter the door (front or back). give the package to my staff. and leave. That would have taken maybe 12 seconds. INSTEAD. I’m having to keep an eye out for dropped off packages that can and have in the past been stolen from me. just because the delivery person did not take a few extra seconds to execute a proper delivery.
