I have two iMacs. both connected to a 50″ TV. These let me mirror the computer display as a video source. Great stereo sound with streaming videos. Reading emails. or website newspapaers on a 50″ screen is pretty nice. too..I calibrated the TV’s color and gamut with the iMac. and have a great Photoshop editor. The resolution is a bit limiting at 1080p. but I get great esults for printing and save on investing in a larger monitor..For a $10 investment. this cable given my Imac a great feature. watching streams on a screen larger then the 21.5″. This is the older HDMI male cable. without the flat side. both are tapered. So check your TV first.. Prime and Netflix. plus all the international streams available brings the world to me.
