I was excited to receive my new case for my iPhone 8 Plus as the old one was years old and terribly ragged. But when it arrived. though the box it was in said 8 plus. the case was for a different phone. and it was the wrong color..I submitted the return request. received an apology. a QR code and was in the UPS store less than a minute dropping it off..Two days later I had the case I ordered and I love the silicone feel!
