      I ordered this for my iPad mini4 back in October 2017. Recently (Nov 2019) one of the corner plastic pieces that hold it in place cracked. Now I don’t want to blame poor quality as I have been reasonable dropsy with my iPad (and the case protected the iPad) so not blame to be had. Anyway I contacted customer service and sure enough they honored their lifetime warrantee and sent me a new cover. Kudos to JETech!! thanks for the replacement.
