      As soon as I got my order I got the usual email some companies send asking how I liked the product. I was concerned that the support part seems a little stiff and didn’t hold so well. They responded right away offered some suggestions then let me know I could write if I still had concerns. I did and they immediately sent me a new one. It came right away.

      We bought this cover for my husband;s iPad 2 years ago. About 4-5 months ago one corner broke. While it still ‘fit’ it wasn’t working the way he wanted it to so I replaced it with the same item.

      I’ve been using a case I purchased at a discount store since I bought the iPad Mini 2 it never turned off when closed. I purchased the JETech about a week ago and fell in love with this case upon arrival. It is soft to the touch and the color (gray) is beautiful. The iPad Mini 2 snaps in place with ease. So far it has been the best case I have ever bought for any device.
