      When I ordered this case for my iPad Mini I wasn’t sure about the exact model I need. When it arrived it didn’t fit my iPad but the package had a note with a phone number to call to get a free replacement. I called the number and the customer support person told me how to check my iPad model number and ordered a replacement case for me right away. They didn’t even want me to send the wrong one back! The new case arrived promptly in the mail and this time it fit perfectly. It feels really nice in my hands and unlike other cases I’ve used in the past doesn’t make the iPad feel bulky. Great product! And the level of customer support definitely exceeds all expectations!
