HDMI extension cable male to female worked just as described without any problems. I used it to place my 4k firestick in a direct line of sight allowing a quicker response from the remote. Big improvement!

Not a lot I can really say. It extends your HDMI cable an extra 3 feet (or whatever length you buy). I only needed another foot or so and this cable worked perfectly. The cable is pretty thick and seems sturdy enough. The HDMI cable plugs into the female end and seems to have a pretty good connection/hold. not wobbly or loose fitting. The male end fits the same in my device. Picture quality is no different that when I am not using the extension cable. which is exactly what you want I suppose. No signal loss or picture degradation. It does exactly what it is supposed to do and for a reasonable price.
