   The wire is thick and well built and they work just as described. Been using these for a while now and no problems. just plug in to the back of the monitor and forget about it.

   I have a cheap tower with only one HDMI port and a wonky monitor that only supports DVI. This cord came fast. was long enough to reach my monitor. and kept my HDMI port free for other uses. Way cheaper than the store which wanted $30 for it.

   Bought this to connect a second monitor which is further away from the desktop tower. This cable works great. however. it is a little on the bulky side.
