I just purchased a new XPS 13 2-in-1 7390 and wanted to get a sleeve to keep it together with the pen. usb dongle and a microfiber cloth when I’m on the move. I took a chance and ordered the 11.2 inch sleeve after measuring my laptop and it fits perfectly. No need to force it in and it doesn’t slide around inside.
