I’m sure that this case does not provide as much protection as the case that it replaced. But the surface is not slippery at all in my old fingers. and this case is so much less bulky that it is a good fit in my pockets.

The phone case looks really nice especially since nowadays there aren’t many options for an old phone like this. The case is hard to get out of your pockets since it is a rubbery case. The durability isn’t great as it tears fairly easily around the corners but even with the tears it functions fine.
