The magnetic Apple case I had before was more high tech (& more costly) but fell apart rather quickly. this one is a good fit on the iPad and will probably last longer. Not crazy about the colour – 2nd choice – not available in red.

Truthfully. I was looking for a replacement for the worn out. magnetic cover I got from Apple. I expected this to be exactly like that. When it came with a hard plastic case for me to put the device in. I was a little perplexed. Turns out it gave me exactly the same functionality as the old one (allows me to stand it up in different configurations. protects the screen. i can clip it to a music stand without the cover getting in the way etc.). But the transparent plastic case was better than I expected. It provides a nice level of protection from scratching while still enabling me to enjoy the beautiful Apple device design. Highly recommend.

This product is really neat and has a very clean finish. It has the ability to turn off the iPad whenever the flap is closed. The hard plastic material on the back feels flimsy so be careful with wear-and-tear. However. for the price. overall a great product.

This case is nearly identical to the overpriced Apple equivalent. The magnets work well and lock/unlock upon opening.
