We received the 5 piece package but upon opening discovered 1 of the screen protectors was missing. As well the clear plastic case had obvious scratches. It appears that someone previous to us applied the protector and used the case and subsequently returned the product as if it was unused. TOCOL promptly dealt with this issue offering a full refund which is very generous. I give them an A+ for customer service. Oh yes the screen protector and lens protectors are of good quality as is the case.
