   Have not had the cover very long. so far so good. It seems to fit well. stands ok on flat surface but there is no adjustment for more or less tilt.

   I received my Ipad cover within a few days of order. I use my ipad for outdoor entertainment (including exercise). So far the cover has been in a light rain and dropped a few times but still looks like new.
