I ordered this specifically to determine how hot our front door gets and to check the accuracy of my oven. The front door gets excessively hot and the oven temperature is off by around 50 degrees.

Pretty accurate.

It seems fairly accurate out of the box but should have a calibration mode. Easy to use and a bit cheap feeling but it seems to do what it needs to.
