It arrived promptly and is very reasonably priced. Before purchasing it I tried to find out what the accuracy was but couldn”t find it and ultimately invested too much of my time trying to find out. I took a chance and ordered it. When it arrived the specs were on the back of the package. For the temperature range that I”m most likely to be working at the accuracy is +/- 2.7 degrees F. My actual experience so far is consistent with that specification. This is my first experience with a laser thermometer and on reflection it works about as well as you can expect. The instructions (which do not appear to be available on-line) contain instructions about the impact of emissivity on your measurements which you should read.If you”re interested in surface temperatures and your measurements don”t need to be super accurate this is a very nice device.

Used at home to check wall insulation and also for approximate temperature measurements at work. Seems to be reasonably accurate on a range of surfaces. Good value and easy to use.
