Item is as described. Seems to work well. Very easy to use. No frills nothing special material wise but does the job just fine. Not sure how long it will last because I just purchased it but with proper care I don”t see why it wouldn”t. Happy with it.

I”ve had this IR thermometer for a few weeks now and already used it when I had to deep fry a large amount of food for a party. It was very helpful in ensuring that the oil temperature was hot enough.
