This product showed up on time and is as advertised. The HDMI side of the cable isn’t a perfect fit in my HDMI port but it does go in and. most importantly. it works.

After luckily reading another review stating that one cannot use a laptop’s HDMI port to directly connect to a newer monitor’s display port; to use HDMI to the monitor’s DVI port. I purchased this cable…specifically DVI-I (displays both digital and analog signals). It seemed to be a good unit. I plugged it in. and all is working as expected. Build quality appears to be good as well.

Bought this cable as a gamble to see if it’d be worth trying to use a 32″ flatscreen as a monitor and I’m glad I did. Still trying to work out the best resolution for it but the cable works flawlessly. I should have done this years ago.
