Description
The 6 feet cable connects a DisplayPort / DisplayPort++ (DP/DP++) enabled computer to an HDTV, monitor, and projector with HDMI input for audio and video streaming. (Note: NOT bi-directional. Only converts signal from DP to HDMI)
The gold-plated conductors resist corrosion and increase connectivity. The inner braided foil shielding reduces interference and improves signal quality
Supports resolutions up to 4K x 2K, and flawless audio pass-thru for uncompressed digital 7.1, 5.1 or 2 channels
The DP connector has a latch to provide secure connection with the port. Press the latch down before unplugging the connector

Works well. The connector on the HDMI side gets warm. Never had a connector get warm. Not sure if that is the way it is supposed to be?

Cable came in 2 days and worked instantly. Just plugged it into the back of my GTX 1070 Full display port and over 10 ft to the HDMI in on my TV. Cable feels sturdy. No complaints.

Quality cable that proves you don’t need to spend a lot to get a great cable. The cable is strong. yet flexible for functionality. and the clip feature on the DisplayPort is a welcomed addition having securely plugged in to my laptop. then run to my tv. Immediate plug-and-play hookup. with immediate response on both devices. The display I found to be far superior over just hdmi to hdmi. as other websites noted with running a displayport cable. I highly recommend the Rankie brand of product of product to others.
