The DP connector has a latch to provide secure connection with the port. Press the latch down before unplugging the connector

I have purchased multiple types of cables to get my television to work as a extra monitor for my computer. None worked. After reading an article linking me to this cable – I thought I would try it. What a relief this cable works perfectly for what I wanted to do. The picture quality is superior. I like the fact you can purchase different lengths based upon your needs; it arrived quickly and nicely packaged. I would recommend to anyone who is trying use their television as another monitor for their computer.

Does exactly what it says it will and has a nice design. Some people seem to be complaining it only goes DP to HDMI but it states that in the item description so cannot be used negatively towards it.
