The main reason I like this case is it is not as thick and bulky as my otter box. It is easy to grip and does not want slip out of my hand.I really like the feel of this case. This is not a real test but it fell out of my shirt pocket and hit a piece of metal on my truck and it seemed ok just lucky I guess
