I sometimes work oncall and I end up getting home after 6AM. So I use this to block light to help me sleep. It is good quality and it feels fine. For comfort it feels a bit tight in the middle to I have to pull it up bit.

I never thought I could use an eye mask . Never tried either. If I wake just before daylight . I slip this on and never know it’s there for the next hour until my sleep pattern says “” now it’s time to get up.”It is silky. not hot . barely touches skin but blacks out almost all light. Even the elastic is “touchless”
