I bought this to use now in these summer months as it is light at 4 in the morning. I was thinking of getting blackout curtains as mine are practically see-through. but bought this instead. I used it last night for the first time and for the first time in weeks did not wake up at the crack of dawn! It is so soft and comfortable and you can adjust the elastic around your head to suit yourself. I was not even aware that I was wearing it. It is an excellent product and has saved me the expense of buying new curtains!! (It’s nothing like those cheap ones they give you on planes – this one is actually comfortable over your eyes).
