Should work for most kitchen drains. traps the gunk and is easy to clean. This is not the kind that stops the water so you can fill up the sink. I use a plastic tub to wash my dishes so it works perfectly for me.

Wish I had them many years ago.

I can tell already just taking them out of the box that these screens are super durable compared the cheapo ones I’ve wasted money on in the past. Quality product for quality price!!

These are fine sink strainers. but compared to the mesh ones they don’t seem to let as much water flow through. so I need to pause the water from time to time when doing dishes. Also has a bit of a higher lip. so some food debris needs a “push” to fall into the strainer. Not a huge deal. but felt it should be mentioned. They’re also easier to shake/knock clean than the mesh ones. so probably a little better hygiene-wise and preferable for anyone who doesn’t replace their strainers on a regular basis.

Sturdy. beautiful. serves its purpose!

I was expecting a screen type but this is fine. Slow to drain which is a little annoying. Keeps silverware out of disposal.
