Does what it says on the tin tested it on my oven against a standard oven thermometer and they both were the same reading. Will also be using this on my pizza oven when the weather gets better.

I think it’s a great infrared thermometer anyway. I use it for checking the temp in my pizza oven and it seems to work great as far as I can tell.
