Item was good. strong construction (metal casing) and served it’s purpose for connecting a Raspberry Pi 3 B+ (full HMDI socket) to an old monitor (VGA) with no hassle. Good that it can be powered and carries stereo audio via 3.5mm jack.

Connected an old monitor to a newer computer. Works fine…do note though that this unit needs power. and will take up one of your usb ports.
