Worked just as hoped. Connects PC HDMI to projector VGA sockets. Compact and can be used direct or using a VGA-VGA cable to lengthen lead. Hs lifetime warranty. Ordered Friday arrived Sunday. No complaints at all.

Just what I needed to connect my new laptop to my old monitor.

I used it to connect my Raspberry Pi to an old vga monitor. I had to choose a suitable vga resolution on the monitor but it worked well. The screen resolution was not up to HDMI standards as the monitor could not run such high resolution. I did not try the power input as it worked without. even though the RPi complained about the lack of power!
