Plugged it into the DVI socket of an old Edge 10 (1920×1080) monitor tobe able to plug the monitor into the HDMI port of my laptop. Just works and I’m typing this review while using the monitor. For some reason the purchase comes as a pair.
I do not use the monitor for gaming or high quality video so I can’t say how it or the adapter will work with more challenging display requirements but for basic email and youtube use it is fine.

The product feels solid this is not a flimsy adapter. A little hard to screw in.
Be wary that it will make your cable’s connector longer than usual so take that into account. If the space is tight you might be better of with a DVI to HDMI cable instead of an adapter. This goes for all DVI to HDMI adapters.
