My gtx 1650 had only 1 hdmi. so I had to conect another monitor with the graphic card. The only solution was a DP cable. and no dp cable port was on my monitor. So. this turned out tobe the perfect working solution..If you buying this to kil your VGA Monitor ghosting. you at the right place my friend. Buy it. and you shall not regret.

I needed this to have a dual monitor setup. My graphics card has only 1 HDMI port but 3 DP ports. I use the HDMI port on my TV. and now with this adaptor I can use my HDMI monitor as a second screen.

I bought this because I got a new video card that only had 1 HDMI port and I needed 2. I have a small 24inch 720p tv and the image is perfectly fine. Not sure If it would be any different on something higher quality or bigger but it does what I need. Unless something happens to it I can’t see why I wouldn’t buy another one in the future if I need it.
