Since new 1080ti”s etc have less and less HDMI ports these days was very useful for me when I needed the one and only HDMI port for my VR headset and needed to get a HDMI adapter for my 1080p display can”t say how it performs at 4k. Works great at 1080p 60fps.

This is a very simple cable that does exactly what is claimed. Full-sized Display Port to HDMI 4K. Works fine low cost 5 stars. I just opened it and tried it out on my HP business (Elitebook) laptop that (irritatingly) has Displayport instead of HDMI. Why? Nobody knows. Well OK it”s because the HDMI consortium charges $0.05 per port for HDMI and Displayport is free. REALLY??? Anyway I got this adapter tried it on my 4K TV and it works great. It was about half the price of the next cheapest cable so I wondered. But the proof is in the usage and I just tested it no problems at all. So now I”m buying a second one so I won”t have to carry it with me to the office I will have one at home and one at work done deal.As shown in the pictures it is very short but nicely flexible. And my HDMI cable is 2m long so this is fine. With these adapters do NOT get the ones that are just one 2″ hard plug. Oh they work OK but it adds a lot of weird angle bulk to the cable and puts a lot of extra pressure on a fairly fragile plug/connector combo that simply don”t need it and aren”t really built for the stresses of the weight of the cable hanging 2″ off the plug. Something will either eventually break or loosen to your detriment. Just use this cable-type adapter and call it a day. Buy it. Low cost works fine 5 stars.
