Works as described. No problems with it so far. All I needed it for was to connect an old monitor (60Hz 5ms response time) that only has DVI-D and inferior ports to my GPU which only has DP ports available.
Funny that I receive the email to review from right now since one of the other cables that I bought from a Canada Computers brick and mortar store a DP-DP just crapped out on me after about a few weeks… Maybe I should have bought all of my cables online? Lol :/

Used this cable to connect the DisplayPort output from my Dell Optiplex 3040 PC to the DVI input on my old Dell P2211H monitor. Works fine. no issues.
