I got these to avoid scratches on my watch face. They are thin and do the job. I doubt they would protect against a big hit.
Make sure the screen is super clean and dust free before putting them on

This product is not the friendliest to install because it creates a lot of bubbles in the beginning and the directions to install them that comes with the packaging is a little confusing in which direction should it be done first. Give it a couple of weeks being in the watch and the bubbles will go away. Its the same as having a window tint in your vehicle it needs some time to cure with the watch.

Good buy comes with two screen covers and a neat little card to smooth out any air bubbles but my goodness the Instructions over complicate things – ended up just ignoring them and was much less fiddly!
