This steamer is GREAT! It took a few times of using it for the steam to fully come out all the time. Once it did. it worked great. Heats up super fast and can steam my scrubs in 4 minutes! Very small and easy to travel with. It comes in a little black pouch. Would definitely purchase again. However. I would use distilled water so chemicals and minerals dont clog up the system. That happened to my last steamer..
